EMG&YEMAG  outdoor aluminum louvers is a new type of building sun shading and energy saving facility. By flipping the angle of the sunshade to improve the direction of the sunlight into the room, different shading effects caieved, and at the same time, it can effectively shade the light and heat insulation.

Considering the application in outdoor, the frame structure of the sunshade is sturdy and firm, the louver s undergo special surface treatment and are assembled with special outdoor-specific axial motors, which are fully adaptable to the harsh outdoor climatic conditions.

The main body of the louver is made of aluminum alloy pressed profile. The raw material meets the standard requirements of GB5237 and is treated by aging, which makes the shape and size stable and not easy to be deformed; while increasing the rigidity, it also makes the blade have certain toughness. The surface of the blade can be treated with plastic spraying or fluorocarbon spraying according to the requirements (implementing GB5237.1-5), which is resistant to atmospheric corrosion. The support shafts at both ends of the blades are made of stainless steel and ground by grinding process. The shaft and the blade are connected reliably, and the supporting shaft rotates flexibly in the shaft sleeve.
