Nanchang Financial Service Center is located in the core area of CBD of Honggutan, Nanchang, at the intersection of Fenghe 1st Road and Hongguan 5th Road. Covering an area of 15 acres, with a total site area of 10,256 square meters, it has two underground floors, five podium floors, and a 36-story main building, with a building height of about 180 meters; the total construction area is 78,349 square meters, and the construction period lasts for three years. Nanchang Bank Financial Service Center is adjacent to Nanchang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, looking east to the Ganjiang River, and echoing with "Tengwang Pavilion", one of the three famous buildings in Jiangnan, which is a famous cultural attraction. The design of the project is based on the symbolism of "the phoenix spreading its wings and soaring to the sky", and the building shape adopts the façade form of steel structure and glass curtain wall, which fully demonstrates the elegant, delicate and modern aesthetic characteristics, and integrates the meaning of Chinese culture into the modernized and technologically advanced building shape.
